You should probably get Llanowar Elves instead of the Leaf Gilder. Both do the same thing except Llanowar Elves are 1 mana.

As mentioned by others, you have no ability to scry in this deck, which is a major problem if you draw a creature. I recommend using Glassblower's Puzzleknot and Treasure Map.

Not so budget Tiny Mono Red Artifacts

Advice would be much appreciated. It's a very fast deck and goldfishing makes it win on turn 5.

If you're trying to be a mono blue flyers deck, may I recommend Heart of Kiran? It's a fantastic card and if you put in something like Jace, Cunning Castaway then you essentially have a Smuggler's Copter that's also a 5/5 with vigilance. I does come down to budget too, but if you can do it, do it.
