going down the list:

Rhystic study- works real well in edh, won't be as effective as card draw, but will slow opponent down mystic remora might more effectively get you card draw but you would need to lower your curve to implement it better

Smoke screen- strictly worse version than arcane flight, you don't have any ninja's for the gy recursion. also do a scryfall.com search with this syntax: type:aura color<=UR cmc<=2 legal:pauper

ther's alot of cool possibilitis that offer more utility for 2 cmc or about the same as smoke screen for 1 cmc

Lofty Denial- use a better counterspell, you don't have enough flying to reliably trigger the 4cmc tax
og counterspell works in a pinch although with the 2color mana base you won't always have UU. dispel, force spike and negate are good cheap alternative's.

run away together- neat as 1 of, bounce your guy to evade removal, and clear 1 off their board with it. would be nice better if more of your creatures had etb's.
callous dismissal- bounce effects should be instant speed, lots of good options:
"into the roil" repeal

clear the mind- probably should be SB material for clearing GY's but as a cantrip, 3cmc for 1 card is too high price look for cheaper alternatives:
opt, peek, portent,
ponder and preordain are the cantrip staples although they are 2-3$ a piece.

stream of possibilities could probably just be more cantriping or removal

probably should have paradise druid over incubation druid, which would allow you to run more forests, without sacrificing ability to play blue, but always having  untapped green on turn one is a super important

so some edh deck building things to think about that should help all around:
green is the best for color fixing, and ramping your mana base. make use of spells that search for lands, particularly ones that put them directly into play since this is ramping you as opposed to something like armillary sphere which is 4 mana to put 2 basics into your hand.  another thing is nonland permanents get destroyed, so since your in green, other than sol ring, id go with land tutoring over mana rocks, since they will survive the many board wipes that inevitably happen.
