Removed Godo, Bandit Warlord, Servo Exhibition and Dragon Fodder, Godo for the lack of artifact synergy and servo/dragon fodder cause the sorcery speed token creation is kind of awkward as you said.

Added Captain of the Watch, Eldrazi Monument and Skullclamp. Captain of the watch for the tokens and pumping, eldrazi for the obvious benifits and skullclamp for the really easy card draw.

As for cards I kept, I feel like Assemble the Legion is a good card if the game ends up going longer than expected, and can get really out of hand if it is on the board for a while and no one else has done anything about it. I felt like Cathars' Crusade was worth keeping in just becuase of how much you can get out of it in even 1 attack phase. I still want to add legion loyalist at some point as well.

I was considering also adding True Conviction, cause I feel like that card could be super valuable in a deck like this.

I haven't had a chance to try this deck yet, but when I do I'll try to refine it more because I feel like this commander would be super fun to play.
