I`ll try the Pauper Format first since I have a lot of Commons and I don`t want to use a lot of money. I want to play and learn how to compete in tournaments again.

You`re right. I want to build a specific deck, but the cards are not there. I don`t know how to get new cards. I`m trying to learn how to use MtGOnline, how to put cards in folders, how to get used to the layout. Its 22 years since I last played so I have to learn and remember all the new cards. But first thing first, how do I get new cards?
