You could use the Cockatrice software.
I would be highly surprised if this deck won reliably against a competitive (even a budget one) deck. The combo in itself is not very reliable (Three cards, relies on combat phase, relies on creatures, AND no evasion). It could have some chance against some pauper decks, but even then, not much.
Also, i have made some changes, going for a more "aggro-affinity" style deck with the combo itself as a closer. This would make the deck more reliable in general, lessening the reliance on the combo.

Yes, this is another spin on the Battered Golem/Mirran Spy + Retracting Helix/Banishing Knack + 0 cost artifact that has a payoff. In this case i'm using the Steelfin Whale (which, while NOT having evasion, has enough toughness to avoid stray lightning bolts, something that both the spy and the golem don't), and a artifact-heavy shell to complement it.
I was thinking about running the drift of phantasms main but i think i'd have to run with that a single mirran spy or battered golem so i can pick even the "untapper" piece of the combo.
