I built this deck long ago, 2005 if my memory is correct. Afterwards, during the years, I've simply altered it a little bit with few addons.
Keep in mind that I started to play in 2001, at my times Y-Will was 12€,
mana vault 4€ and all other cards were cheap too... so "for me" it was a super-budget deck.
STRATEGY
Pretty straight forward, in adition to usual rites it uses
Culling the Weak to gain mana and you abuse of draw-effects that don't necessarly needs to sacrifice your creature but simply to put -1/-1 counters on it like
Scarscale Ritual.
As any storm your strategy is to properly evalutate when is time to trigger the cycle of rituals + draw effects, supported by the 0-mana creatures.
Since is a vintage deck, I presume everyone knows well how to handle a storm deck, so I won't dig too much on every trick possible.
The list is pretty straight-forward to optimize a quick T1-T3 win and the reason why is without protections or sideboard is a bit sad: it's almost what, 20 years old deck? I NEVER had any
opportunity to play it against vintage decks... so I use it as a solitaire-deck.

All that said, I'd like your opinion and expecially comments to understand if this old "idea" of deck might still work nowadays and, in your opinion, how would you optimize or even change it to perform as you like.
