A good start, though something I found with my vampire deck is that having too many Feast of Blood's slowed me down as it requires 2 vampires+ on the field and people like to kill vampires. I'd say for you have 2 of them and 2 of something else that does the job just as well. I sport 22 creatures like you.

A large portion of your lands are coming in tapped, I think you'll find that will slow you down more than be to your benefit unless I'm missing something, I don't have much experience with Azorius.
