Need a suggestion for Notion Thief.

After playing the deck a few times I found that while it normally pairs with wheel effects well it was a non-bo in this deck. It sat in my hand or was discarded uncast because I didn't want my opponents to skip draws I wanted them to draw and take the pain. Another lock piece - possibly Ensnaring Bridge or another board wipe.

Some of these cards like Ensoul Artifact, Arcbound Crusher, Propaganda, and Ghirapur AEther-Grid are Uncommon and illegal in the format
