Haven't had the chance yet to test it personally against my friends yet, but one of my friend's has the more expensive (non-budget) version that he has great success with ( https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/werewolf-weed-420-smoking-that-sweet-moonmist/ ) and I trust his experience with the theme and type of deck quite a lot.

There are probably a couple of changes/upgrades you could make obviously, based upon what you seem to find more from your own experiences in playtesting. Will hopefully be trying out the deck more this upcoming week.
