Throw in 4 Stinkdrinker Bandit and play for it's prowl cost turn 2 and replace non-rogue unblockable creatures with Triton Shorestalker, Prickly Boggart, Inkfathom Infiltrator, or  Marang River Prowler...  or even Blighted Agent   I'd also suggest you add Earwig Squad and or Bitterblossom

You don't have any islands but you have cards that cost islands to play, you may also find it difficult to have the mana of the right color to play cards in your hand if you run five colors, try sticking to one, two or three colors at the most.  Good Luck, you'll get the hang of it

Unfortunately, Zur's ability does not trigger enter the battlefield effects because you "put" it onto the battlefield but on the plus side enchantments that are "put" onto the battlefield cannot be countered

you got to target the mill deck with land destruction, apart from that it will probably need to be tweaked
