Great deck you have there! I was going to suggest Rest in Peace. Since you don't have triggers on death and your tokens can't be brought back anyway. Net advantage for you overall because it negates reanimate decks, recall and flashback mechanics. The only thing you'll lose out on in Skullclamp though.

Consider putting Steely Resolve, Concordant crossroads, Birthing Pod and Khalni Hydra, a must hydra, however quite pricey. If you're not too hung up on budget Cavern of Souls (especially for Duel Commander) and Yavimaya Hollow are always good.

Enchanted Evening is a must have for this deck. That and Enlightened tutor as mentioned above.
Consider also Nevermore and its blue counterpart Declaration of Naught. This way you can prevent the opponent's commander from being played at all!

I think there are too many lands that enter tapped in your deck. This will slow down the game considerably. If you were going for budget, I can understand though. If not, consider Khalni Hydra, Cavern of Souls, Oran-Rief the Vastwood, Yavimaya Hollow, Berserk, Mirri's Guile and Sylvan Library.
Also a few mana elves will speed up the game and prevent you from paying 3 mana for enchantments. Rishkar, Llanowar Elves, Fyndhorn elves, Arbor elf and Boreal druid will do it just fine.
