You can't win with this deck..
You should change at least the x3 izzet charm and desperate ritual and put something that assure you the victory (creatures, planeswalker or something like that!).

Melt terrain / poison the well is another removal for lands and burn. seismic spike another good removal
and you should take roiling terrain for sure!

Demigod is good, i would change other creatures for Miasmic Mummy and/or Rotting Rats or Noggle Ransacker.

And i pref Simian Spirit Guide instead of Desperate Ritual

I can use Beck instead of Glimpse of Nature...

Can you explain me one thing? If I have two or three Coat of Arms onto the battlefield, i can add their effects to my creatures or not?

Gift of Immortality instead of Indestructibility
Privileged position instead of Veilstone Amulet  (to protect the others permanents)
Elspeth, Knight-Errant as another win condition
Ajani, Mentor of Heroes as another win condition. Don't know if with his second +1 ability you can take an enchantment
