Commander Discussion / It came from planet glurg - Legal or not?

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if "it came from planet glurg" is legal or not?
Scryfall says no but deckstats says its commander legal.

What do you think?

PS: I just play kitchen table - in tournaments I simply play my Urza deck.
