Commander Deck Reviews / Commander - Lord of the nazgul thoughts advice on strategy

I put together a deck I think could fare decently well in friendly matches with friends.

I was trying to keep cost under 200. I really like the nazgul so wanted to build around them.

I tried to include a lot of low mana artifacts and low cost spells to keep the commander alive to get lots of wraiths.

Let me know what you think and if you have advice on cheap or decent alternatives or cards I should drops.

Also let me know if you think strategy could be tweaked.
