Deck Reviews / Feedback Needed on Mill Deck (Dimir Aberration)

I've been through multiple iterations of this deck trying to get it right.  I feel like I'm close to finishing it up.  I'm mainly looking for feedback on this build, but I also have a Modern format version (link) that has Nemesis of Reason and Wrexial, the Risen Deep sitting in it.  Any feedback on either build is greatly appreciated.
