so I've made this,

it's a deck trying to go infinite with planewalker proliferation via either Flux Channeler or Evolution Sage. from their use Narset Teferi and Tamiyo Emblems to lock out the game. control package is there to slow thing down. a possible final win con other than opponent can't do anything might also be called for i don't know modern well enough to figure out the exact configuration but i don't want to spend over a grand on some jank

I've done the math and used starting hand in my Druidic Cult of the Green Hydra https://deckstats.net/decks/97257/907212-druidic-cult-of-the-green-hydr/en
I have found that an ideal hand (two-three elves, two-three lands and a big drop) only occurs 60-70% of the time is their a method to increase this to 80%. Any other modifications are appreciated. Thank you in advance.
