In paper I would drop a rekindling pheonix to bring the price down but ignoring that I would take out a Demanding Dragon. I just simply prefer Ghalta because I love abusing the second Sarkhan's Unsealing ability to take out all the vampires, merfolk, fanatical firebrands, elves, drakes, and board wiping your opponent and putting a 12/12 onto the table for only two mana is awesome. But what I would recommend is whatever works best against your playgroup.

I agree with DanyTheWarrior on the Abrade. I have a couple questions though. First, what made you chose to only stay in red. There are quite a few dragons in green and black and they add alot of sideboard options as well as mainboard options. I have seen a couple Jund Dragon lists using the green ramp such as Llanowar Elves to accelerate and Fatal Push and friends to make the deck more interactive. Second, why only one Dragonmaster Outcast? Liked!

Hey I was just wondering why you chose Hover Barrier over Wall of Denial. Wall of Denial cant be targeted with the bounce of your Jeskai Barricade but it shouldn't be a problem as no removal will be coming its way either. Another thing I thought was interesting was your choice to only include 2 Arcades. While you do run 4 Assualt formations as another wall enabler, you could become more consistent by adding more Arcades and High Alert is another think to think about. Also if you are looking for more one drops, Perimeter captain and Steel Wall can be very useful.

If you want to make the deck standard legal you can take out Nature's Way and Terra Stomper for Rabid Bite and Aggressive Mammoth and it doesn't change the deck very much. :)

I like your list but I have one question, why run only one Ghalta, Primal Hunger while you are running 4 Demanding Dragons? While Demanding Dragon does trigger Sarkhan's Unsealing Ghalta triggers the semi board wipe effect. Plus, if you have two Ghalta's in hand you can play both of them triggering Sarkhan's Unsealing twice which simply wins the game on most board states. Mana curve usually isn't a problem either because of Ghalta's ability. I don't mean to criticize, I am just curious.

Why Assualt Formation over High Alert? I prefer High Alert because it goes infinite with Axebane Guardian

I am just curious why you chose Doran instead of Arcades. Behind the Scenes could be replaced with Tetsuko and Phyrexian Arena with a blue spell and the black walls can be replaced with blue walls. Again, I don't mean to criticize I'm just curious.

1) Planeswalkers in this set will definitely be less powerful than other planeswalkers we've seen, atleast most of them that is. This is because R&D doesn't want the influx of 36 planeswalkers absolutely destroying the standard metagame resulting in like 20 bannings or something. My guess is that the power level will be better than the planeswalker deck versions of planeswalkers but not nearly as good as the 10+ dollar planeswalkers we have now.
2) Have fun buying packs. If the planeswalkers are bad the packs could be the price of a masters set or even the normal 4$ but I expect it to be more like Ultimate Masters just because there (from what we've seen so far) is a higher chance of getting something sick with the planeswalker in every pack thing.
3) Superfriends in limited? All that would have to happen is one of the people to your left or right are only running 2 colors so you get passed some planeswalkers.

I just hope Wizards finds a good balance between power and still keep the prices down for us casual players :)

There's a Doom  Whisperer in there because I happen to have a copy of it. Feel free to put in a Gursnipe, Tetzimoc, Talrand, Bolas, etc., instead.
