I mostly play kitchen table magic with some casual decks, but i build them all that they are legal in modern so i can take them to modern FNM  ;D

At the moment i kinda dislike commander, because i have no idea how to built a good deck, it is really expensive and the games take so long.

Steel overseer ! I love this fricking card and I was excited like a little child after I saw the reprint. Finally I can add my final piece to my artifact token deck.

Another card i'm very excited for is Knight of the Ebon Legion. I'm not quite sure how well he will perform in my Vampire Nocturnus deck but I hope he will do great.

And last but not least Voracious Hydra, he will take the place from my hungering hydra in my hadanas climb one punch deck  ;D

I have not tried it in modern tournaments but it worked really great against my friends. Often i got turn 4/5 kills and with a sideboard it should work great !

I would add Tendershoot dryad too, would be amazing.
Other cards woulde be Fungal Plots for life gain and draw and some hard removal like Doom Blade or Go for the Throat.

Building a good mardu vampire deck is hard i feel you. IMO Vampire Nocturnus would be a great addition to your deck because it is almost completly black.

I would be careful with all the aristocrats, they sound very good on paper but they need good token engines to be effective. Otherwise you lose a lot of tempo by sacing your own creatures.

Overall is Legions Landing a great card, but it would not fit into this deck because it is completely white and would be clunky with the Vampire Nocturnus. I try to stay as much black as possible.

I also tried the more aristocrate way and it works okayisch, but it needs a good token engine like sorin, lord of innistrad or some cards from ixalan mostly white :/
Without token engines it losses a lot of tempo by sacing own creatures and thats where i see the problem in your deck. Aristocrats need a deck build around them.

IMO changing the aristocrat to Vampire Lacerator and the Vampire Nighthawk to Vampire of the Dire moon which is a nighthawk for 1 mana with Vampire Nocturnus.
Cut down Cordial Vampire to 2 and up some 1 drops. If you want a nice mono black lord go for Captivating Vampire.
