Jeweled Lotus didn't see much play as expected? Then why is there an $85 dollar price tag still sitting on it?

Remember Deflecting Swat, Dockside Extortionist, Fierce Guardianship, Smothering Tithe, and Teferi's Protection (been reprinted) have all retained their hype.
All of those other cards you mentioned are mana ramp or protection spells, something every deck wants. Saw in Half is neither of those things.

In a way, Saw in half is a protection spell, when somebody tries to remove one of your creatures, you can make sure it dies instead of being exiled and you get two of them instead of one.

This is true, but at the same time, all these cards are cards that go into any deck of their color, whereas saw in half seems a little bit narrower in the decks that would use it. Other than Aristocrats or ETB focused decks, it will mostly likely be a useless card.

Do I still think the card is good? Absolutely!
Do I think it should be used in any deck like the cards robort mentioned? no.

I would strongly suggest dividing your deck into subsections to make it easier to read, especially because it is a primer. (If you don't know what I mean my subsections, it is basically dividing them into categories like ramp, draw, tutors, lands, etc.).

If you are looking for a way to playtest your deck, I would suggest using https://untap.in/ it's a really great website to play on and its completely free, you can play any format you want and also some games other than mtg. There are almost always people online looking to play a game. I would strongly recommend it. Good luck in your EDH deckbuilding endeavors.

EDHREC has an Oathbreaker site that works exactly the way EDHREC works. It never came out of beta but it works well.

https://oathbreaker.edhrec.com/

This is great, thanks! I'm sure it'll be a huge help to me and my friends as we build our first Oathbreaker decks.

Bad news, the site just came offline.

Ouch, I really liked that site for my oathbreaker decks, too bad the format never really caught on, it was really fun. :(

Is the problem that you are using MTGA specific cards that don't exist elsewhere? Otherwise it should just be whatever the current season is.
