sire of stagnation for more card draw (4 cards with yarok on the field)
guardian project (drawing 2 cards for each creature entering basically)
rite of replication very good with almost every non legendary creature with an etb (e.g. risen reef is absolutely busted with rite of replication)
pongify, reality shift could be additions too
dilvian primoridal, sepulchral primordial can busted too
meteor golem is an odd card- you are in Sultai, you have removal for everything, no need to use mana heavy artifacts.
you are definately lacking in sweepers... something that reset the board- like granit graze, crux of fate, damnation, evacuation, devatation tide, rivers rebuke, cyclonic rift...
maybe a cheap tutor like masterminds acquisition or diabolic tutor.

in general focus on theme, either go for landfall triggers and get your value that way or focus on creatures with amazing etbs...

are really planning on running underground sea? it is a bit expensive in comparison to the rest of your deck

Shalai Voice of plenty is not your commanders colour identity, a suitable substitute could be something like vilis brooker of blood(or any other big demon,angel, dragon)
also your mana base, is kinda weird, i mean you planning on using original dual lands (badlands, plateau), which are quite expensive while also using lockets as mana rocks.
Those cards are in differents budgets, and you should ask yourself what your budget for the deck is.

Have you considered running cards like windfall? they kinda mill your opponents, while keeping your hand filled/ refill your hand.
A counterspell like Negate is also very cheap, and yet very effective.
Sire of Stagnation could provide more card advantage
silent arbiter could help you to protect yourself. (with fogbank you are basically save)

keine ahnung ob du es noch brauchst, aber damit deathtouch funktioniert, musst du Schaden an einer kreatur anrichten. Da jeglicher Schaden verhindert wird, stirbt fog bank nicht.
Lifelink bekommt man auch nicht beim Kämpfen mit fog bank.

Faced lethal against a token deck in the next turn (like 40 creatures on his site, while i had no creatures, and no cards in hand), top decked rakdos charm, burned him down, he was kinda mad. i had a good laugh. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

diuvian primorial und sepulchral primordial könnten eine echte Bereicherung für das Deck sein.
Sire of stagnation ist zusammen mit Yarok auch mega stark. Ich meine 4 Karten ziehen, wenn ein Gegner ein land spielt ist eine gute Quote.
Lazav, dimir mastermind ist mMn eine tote Karte in dem Deck; ohne discard/ mill macht er häufig zu wenig.
