I try to break you deck to thr most importent points:
you want to get to your big angels (8 cards) and have them on the field to win for you.
you play a bit with landfallish
Courser of Kruphix Tireless Trackerand a bit to ramp
Sakura-Tribe Elder Noble Hierarchfor you landfallish 7 card you play extra 2 card
Ramunap Excavator which dont do much even if you have one of your 7 cards (best case 5 mana (3creature +2 investigate stuff) 1 land 1 carddraw)
you play random cards you like (i think that is you motivation in playing 1
Settle the Wreckage 2
Kitchen Finks and 1Spike Feeder)
Playing so many different stiles makes it hard to help. But i try my best

Main advice: stay with your core mechanic (angels)
Thinking like this leads to the following: "i need to get them, and to protect them"
It also leads to: "what i do not need in the deck" midrang half life half body, superlategame draw stuff
I would remove
Ramunap Excavator,
Spike Feeder,
Tireless Tracker(at least 2),
Kitchen Finks,
I would reconsider
Settle the Wreckage and
Courser of KruphixI would play:
Brave the Elements,
Emerge Unscathed or
Faith's Shield (protect your biggies, last one is also ok vs burn)
add 2-4 angels, 8 just seems a bit too little
maybe add 2 ramp cards like mana elf or so
maybe you like some of these more:
Declaration in Stone (vs token)
Relic of Progenitus (vs graveyard lovers and draws you.... love that card)
