I like the idea of Hamlet captain and consul's lieutenant in constructed, but I think the deck could really use some duskwatch recruiters and 23 lands seems a bit high for a deck that can work off two lands.

Evangel says non-eldrazi, so it does not work with blisterpod, sifter or any scions. You would have to sacrifice your payoff cards.

Panoptic mirror does not work with counterspells, the imprinted spell is cast during your upkeep, as the triggered ability resolves.

Shielding plax might be a better alternative to gift of immortality since scrifice effects should be no big problem with all those tokens.
