Nice idea, but I fear that your curve is a bit low. Too many turn 2 and almost no turn 4 or 3...

Nice list but Dusk//Dawn can be great as well as bad. It can wipe your entire board and be a dead card in hand because you have a better board...

Just read your decklist and I don't know why it is getting unoticed ! On paper it seems great with the blink ability of shaeeli. I am going to try it now and just change the SB with some Shielded Aether Thief to counter Mono-Red and a couple life goes on.
I'll let you know how it fares.
Also Magma Vein is not legal in T2.

Haze of Pollen is great as you can cycle it as well. Did you try your deck yet?

I had a similar idea about a weak ago. Tried it out works pretty well : https://deckstats.net/decks/83367/764173-second-eternal-sun
I think Saheeli Rai is a great addition. It is a great T3, you can scry to look for what you need. It also gives haste to your t4 wildfire eternal.
Also Slip Through Space has to be included otherwise is he blocks you (because you don't have enough removal) you will be quite sad... haha
Good luck for the deck building.

Nice idea but you won't be able to survive an aggro or mid range deck with so few removals. Why not add some fogs instead of Unbridled Growth?

Alright, so you have two solutions :
Either add in some board control that can change into a deadly finisher with Fiery Temper x3. It has madness so you can discard it easily and still burn.
If you are more creature oriented maybe try these:
Asylum Visitor : Madness and a great card draw that triggers at EACH upkeep if conditions are met.
Stromkirk Occultist : Madness as well and it can also help casting from the top of library.
Big plus, all these cards cost close to nothing... :)

Harsh scrutiny is great to see what is comingn but I would put in in sideboard, because I do think that you have to play claim // fame. So powerful in a rakdos deck, T2 Bloodrage Brawler discard scrapheap scrounger, T3 Claim // Fame on scrappy for a 5/2 haste!

In blue I like Nimble Obstructionist. So much versatility, and counters ability like crew and so on. Still a good 3/1 flying with flash to surprise block the enemy.

I guess money is tight for not havinf spirebluff canal and no disallow?
Still, not sure how you are going to cast dispossess.
You have 7 creatures on turn 2 but none until turn 6 after. A mid game is going to obliterate your T2...
You are going to discard many cards with no effects like madness nor eternalize nor embalm. I think you will often be in a decision making between keeping lands to cast your god and keeping creatures so you can block... making your gameplan a bit complex.

As bulgymilk suggested, dragonmaster outcast is great but is too much of a lightning rod. It gets instantly killed, so I changed the 3 dragonmaster outcast with 3 Fevered Visions. When you add the locust god + feverd vision it allows you to create a swarm of token at the beginning and end step.

Nice fun deck. Anointed procession does not trigger as much and it is an empty T4 too... :/ Why not split them with 2 anointed procession and 2 Metallic Mimic to empower even more the cats? :)

I like the idea of the deck, but why not replace magma spray with abrade? It cost one more but can target artificat such as heart of kiran or any gearhulk and it does one extra damage.
Your worst matchup will be control... Maybe add some sphinx of the final word in side?
Also 4 Wandering Fumarole might be a bit much? 2/3 should be enough.

As mentionned above, creatures are not supposed to kill things but just hold until you can mill. I'd rather have walls that can hold than scrapheap. Things like Consulate Skygate or Moaning Wall are great and the second one can cycle as well. Why play grixis? You don't need to cast the gods. You have little use for them, you want to rush the mill.

As @Soren841 said too many singles and you won't draw what you need consistantly. Also Daring Demolition is much weaker than fatal push imo.
18 lands is wait too low. Have at least 22 and remove the manalith it adds no value at all.
