While parsing my binder today, I came across an Arbiter of the Ideal.
I was thinking it could be an interesting pick, since it allow to put a card on the battlefield for free.

And those cards can trigger enchant related effect.

It can sound silly, but I didn't think about third ans fourth players. I more often play in duel, but I should think about multi too.

I've seen those cards in other decks, but I didn't realized that they where used for that. Echo of eons works too, I guess ?

And gitaxian probe should be useful too. To know what card I should remove, could you say how many draw and counter I should save ?

Well, the first thing I would say is, as I was told the first time I posted a deck, you should use the editor to organise your deck by sections (draw, combo, mana base etc...) in order to help reader to understand how your deck work and why you choose such or such card.

Next, if you plan to play 3 colors or more, I strongly recommand the use of chromatic lantern. It produce mana by itself and allow you to avoid missing color problems.

And, as the last point, I don't really understand the choice of Oraxid. For a 2/3, 4 mana seems expensive to me. And it only have protection from red. It is not even in your crab trib.

Well if it can compete with commander preco which are pretty strong, it's a good starting point. But I would make it stronger if possible.

I'm indeed really attached to Niv-Mizzet. The whole point of the deck is to play thé combo Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind with Curiosity or ophidian eye.

With this base idea, I started to add more draw effects or draw related cards to be able to trigger Niv ability when I dont have my 2 enchants.

But you are right about isochron sceptre, I'll remove it.

This deck is mainly based on drawing and deal damage with Niv-Mizzet.
All advices are welcome to improve it.

My main concern are :
Creature => There is very few creatures with CCM of 2 or 3. And the one I have are utility creatures. I don't wantto waste them to block. Should I had some more low creatures only used to block ?
Handle Threads => I put a lot of counterspells. But I think I should be lacking of means to handle other thread. What could I modify to help with that ?

I can be wrong, but I think your deck lack consistancy.
Playing a 5 colors commander isn't easy and it need a strong synergy between creatures.
BUT as far as I know, Allies were created in several extensions and not always in the same colors. I can remember an ally with more than 2 colors...
So, indeed, they have effect that is based on the amount of allies, but I don't think is a strong enough synergy.
I think you should go for a 2 colors deck. For exemple with Akiri, Line-Slinger + Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder or Munda, Ambush Leader (even if I think that one would be better on simple creature).
Aside from them, you have a lot of allies that are great to play on those colors :
Munda's Vanguard
Kazuul Warlord
Angelic Captain
Angel of Renewal

Also, you have a lot of creature. You should only be around 30. The only deck I know that have so many creature is one I've done. A tribal one too, but based on sliver. It works well because each one bring a capacity that can help to solve a particular problem. They are less dependant on spell, enchants or equipements.
With 2 colors, you'll also be able to shrink a little your manabase. For 2 colors, you could spare about 5 lands.

So you could have more that 20 spare slots. With those you should add :
Removals
Draw/Tutors
Artifacts (and mostly equipements if you use Akiri, Line-Slinger)

Also, severals allies have capacities that :
need to be tapped => Find some cards that give Vigilance so you can attack and use their capacities in the end of your opponent turn.
trigger when they come in play => Find some blink effect for even more triggering
Conjurer's Closet is interesting, but as it bring the creature back in the end of the turn, it isn't very useful with Firemantle Mage for example, as it come back after combat phase. But it can be great with : Hada Freeblade, Kazandu Blademaster or better Kazuul Warlord
For the others creatures that have effect when entering battlefield you can use Acrobatic Maneuver or Astral Slide (with cycling lands for example)

I'm sorry for that very long response and for suggesting such radical changes but I really think that it will be hard to improve your deck if you keep five colors.

Well Thanks. In fact that was planned. But I uploaded this deck from a text file. So it didn't had the categories. I've done it for more recent decks builded directly on the site. This Will be done this week end.

I play those
Reya Dawnbringer : If your best creatures get killed, it's an easy way to recall them from the grave
Exhume : Same as Reya, but cheaper. If you have a lot of dead creature, call Reya and she'll do the rest. This card saved me a few times while kaalia was killed or countered.
Mogis, God of Slaughter : Not the most synergetic, but still... but pretty cheap for its damage effect. Plus, with kaalia bringing expansive creatures, your devotion up pretty fast.
Platinum Angel : It's an angel, so it can be bring by Kaliaa. For the rest, you know it's effect...
Rise of the Dark Realms : VERY expansive. But saved me each time I played it. Bringing back all the creatures your opponent take a lot of efforts to kill get him pretty unconfortable.
Pandemonium : I really like that one. It can be a little dangerous, since it's also work for your opponent. But as you can play big creatures each turn with Kaalia, it can deal huge damage. Work very well with Gisela, Blade of Goldnight.

There are 3 cards I was planned to play with
Auramancer : with some blink it can be useful to get back some creatures
Plea for guidance : mana cost is pretty hight, but since there is a lot of useful enchant it could be useful in mid/late game.
Archetype of endurance : for massive hexproof

While doing some search to remember the n'aime of the Auramancer, I discovered the Lost Auramancer. They looks pretty funs too.

You have several effects that made you discard cards. So I was thinking about madness. That would be à nice mechanism to use to empower your deck. There are plenty of cards with it an you should find some that would be helpful. I think about Circular logic or Dark withering for example
