I agree with the comment about the gates - if you're running a red/black (RB) deck, then your mana base should be tuned to only generate those two colors. So run mountains, swamps, and non-basic lands that generate one or both of those colors.
Why run something that comes into play tapped that generates red and blue (the
Izzet Guildgate)? If you want a gate, get the
Rakdos Guildgate and put 4 of them in the deck, that makes your
Ogre Jailbreaker have a bigger chance of "working" than the current build (which has only two gates in it).
Usually you want to pick a key set of cards - say "burn" (direct damage) or
lifelink/lifegain or things with negative effects for the other player (you have some nice black ones here) and go 4x on each of them, to increase your chances of pulling them. Having a deck of 60 (or more) cards, most of which are 'singletons' - makes it pretty unlikely you'll draw any of them.
You like
Guttersnipe? So do I, so put 4x of them into the build.

Rakdos Guildgate24 lands in a 60 card deck should be good, as long as the mana costs of things isn't too high.
16 creatures is pretty typical
16 instants is quite a few instants
10 enchantments is also quite a few of them
and this is still more than 60 cards, but it focuses more on what you are saying you like, so you'll see them more often when you draw cards.
