Slave of Bolas is a good card for what you're trying to do; it has the sacrifice mechanic built in already.  This deck seems like so much fun to play (though not necessarily the most fun to play against).

This is cool, except that you really need Tainted Remedy to win.  Of course, you should be able to survive until that happens with all the life gain.  Still, this is somewhat vulnerable in its lack of creatures and creature elimination.

Why only 20 swamps?  Wouldn't a player run into issues with lands?

Other than that, I like it!  This is the kind of deck I'd actually buy.  Nice job creating a low-cost, powerful deck!

That is strange, but is very clever and crafty at the same time.  It would take a while to get one of your self-mill cards and you'd have to play all of them for the deck to work.  An interesting idea, though.
