If you can, run 4 Avacyn.  I love Dragonlord Ojutai, and playtested the crap out of him in this deck, and he just doesn't perform up to par.  Archangel Avacyn and Gisela, the Broken Blade just eat him, he dies to Languish and grasp of darkness.  Unless he's in a heavy control shell, he just doesn't deliver like he used to.

Consul's Lieutenant is a big trap.  It's an awful strain on a 3 color mana base for such a low payoff.  If you are willing to risk missing a little on Collected Company, a 2 of Heron's Grace Champion can actually be an extremely sweet trick, especially since you can hold it an company up.  Sometimes the extra power and toughness, or especially the lifelink, can be more relevant in a situation than an extra couple bodies.  Just a thought.

Why Kira?  She seems overly redundant with all the hex-proofing already going on.  Run 4 Rattlechains and cut her, I'd say.

I could run herald instead of the toppleGeist.  I guess I just wanted to keep the deck slightly lower to the ground, and an X/1 for 3 mana seems kinda painful in a lot of match ups.  Phantasmal Image could be decent, especially with all the hex proof I'm running.  Even if Rattlechains doesn't save it having 4 more spell quellers could be nice.

Looking at the list, I can't help but feel like Consul's Lieutenant offers way too little for such a huge strain on your mana base.  Is this deck supposed to be aggressive with the humans? I got the feeling that you were shooting for a bit more endgame with the Angels, in which case something along the lines of Den Protector may be more in line with the game plan.  It will rotate at the same time, so you're not sacrificing value, and it fits much better in a deck that's trying to outlast early game while still building value with its early drops, much like your thraben inspector.  Overall, it provides a more viable defensive game plan as well as the recursion that made it one of the kings of standard a few months back.  A much better include, if you ask me.

Can you afford the 4th thalia?  I feel like cutting the Glowriders for Thalia #4 and maybe like 2 Aven Mindcensors or Swords to Plowshares would be much better, and only at the cost of like another $20.

I like that this has more of an endgame, but the fact that you aren't playing playsets of rattlechains and spell queller is just wrong.  If anything, queller is gonna end up being one of the best cards in standard, so play four of it.
