Green White Counters. Managorger going to be huge! It may be possible to run Nykthos in this deck for green devotion as well.

Main Combo's: 4 of cards that are essential: You want a set or similar in your starting hand of a few of these cards to play off of:
 - Managorger Hydra - Gets real big real fast. Can easily avoid removal from spells like Bile Blight by triggering cheap spells on the stack. Will always allow you to draw a card and get an indestructible creature with Inspiring Call.
 - Hardened Scales - Huge synergy with Managorger Hydra, Dramoka's Command and Ajani, Mentor of heroes.
 - Dramoka's Command - Huge synergy with Hardened Scales and works well with Abzhan Battlepriest (trigger Lifelink from counters and have two creatures fight for removal and life swing)
Other 4 of cards: Cards that work well in your starting hand:
 - Fleecemane Lion - It's a 3/3 for 2 mana that becomes a 4/4 hexproof indestructible monster (what else is there to say?). Also works well with Hardened Scales.
 - Elvish Mystic - Basic ramp creature / chump blocker. Doesn't become useless if you get it late as it can be a cheap pump for Managorger Hydra.

Secondary Combo's and Protection: 3 of cards: You should only use these cards as 3 of cards because they do you no good in your opening hand. These are cards that you want to draw into to as to not diminish your ramp or board presence:
 - Abzhan Battlepriest - This is your mid range trump card. You want to draw into this due to it's higher mana cost and you won't need it until you get a couple creatures with counters on them. Cast this and swing for a huge life swing with Lifelink on your creatures with counters.
 - Solidarity of Heroes - Huge synergy with Managorger Hydra and Hardened Scales (gets +5/+5 if you cast this spell with one Hardened Scales on the battlefield).
 - Inspiring Call - Works extremely well with Managorger Hydra. Gives you an indestructible Blocker and you will draw at least one card. You usually want a couple creatures with counters on them before you canst this so it's something you want to draw into and not have in your starting hand. With a lot of low cast creatures this should be used to keep your cards readily available.
 - Gods Willing - This should protect against a lot of things and it has Scry 1 (and still pumps your Managorger Hydra's while protecting them). Ran into a lot of problems with blue / black decks destroying my creatures, especially once I reached midrange and invested a little into each creature.

Misc cards: Cards used as trump cards or saving graces once you get into mid range or later:
 - Ajani, Mentor of heroes - Works well with Hardened Scales. If you have 3 creatures, all of a sudden they are AT LEAST 3/3 creatures Using his +1 ability. The enemy usually has to deal with Ajani as well due to his 100 life gain ultimate a few turns later giving you an extra 5 health or so.
 - Woodland Bellower - A pretty amazing card that can save you if you've been hit by a board wipe. Allows you to fetch a Managorger or Fleecemane to put right onto the battlefield causing a lot of havoc.

Sideboard:
 - Most cards here are idea cards or cards that worked well but had to be removed for certain Meta's.

-7/23/15 Edit: Removed Servant of the Scale and replaced with Elvish Mystic's; Removed Collected Company (2) and See the Unwritten and added Gods Willing to protect my Managorger Hydra's and other pumped creatures (had issues with black removal without the protection and the 3 mana cost Inspiring Call wasn't reliable at that cost);

https://deck.tk/1Kgw36jc

I literally put Gods Willing in my deck to stop Blue/Black from crushing me and it made it impossible for them to touch me with both Gods Willing and Inspiring Call. You should run either a graveyard morph with deathmist raptor and den protector or a counters deck with hardened scales and managorger hydra in my opinion though. You need to differentiate in there too make it more fluid. If you want, instead of running collected company, you can run Genesis Hydra and be able to play almost anything off of 5 mana. The ability on the genesis hydra also counts as a 'cast' for managorger hydra instead of the collected company 'put into battlefield'

Atarka's Command and Mana ramp is needed. Wooded Foothills and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx are at least needed in your land. You need less one of cards that do you no good. Get rid of low cost cards that are just fillers and add some more 4 of's that round out the combo. You can switch a lot out for ramp even if its just some Elvish Mystic.

If you are working in black/white you should almost ALWAYS have Sorin, Solemn Visitor in the deck.

https://deckstats.net/decks/24402/182792-mardu-warrior-frf/en

Thats my Mardu warrior deck I made when FRF released. I then updated it to be White/Black devotion when Dragons released.

https://deck.tk/5AYa89b0

Is the deck updated for Dragons.

These are just examples. I run mostly White for Secure the Wastes and to make it easier to megamorph my Aven Sunstriker

34
So I updated my Green White devotion Hydra deck into a Green White Counter deck with the release of Origins. I didn't need the devotion because most of my creatures were under 3 mana and pumped easily into mid-range.

I have gone 3-1 and 4-0 at FNM the last couple of weeks plus some other 3-1 at other events with the Green White Counters deck as is. I will play it until Theros rotates out.

Here's the deck:

https://deck.tk/1Kgw36jc

Deck: G/W Counters

//Lands
12 Forest
5 Plains
4 Temple of Plenty
4 Windswept Heath

//Spells
2 Ajani, Mentor of Heroes
4 Dromoka's Command
3 Gods Willing
4 Hardened Scales
3 Inspiring Call
3 Solidarity of Heroes

//Creatures
3 Abzan Battle Priest
4 Elvish Mystic
4 Fleecemane Lion
4 Managorger Hydra
1 Woodland Bellower

//Sideboard
2 Servant of the Scale
2 Collected Company
2 Sword of the Animist
1 See the Unwritten
1 Gods Willing
2 Enduring Scalelord
1 Dragonlord Dromoka
1 Animist's Awakening
1 Nylea, God of the Hunt

Display deck statistics

And here is what I turned it into for the rotation (obviously pending cards from the new set):

I added black to replace the Fleecemane Lion with Rakshasa Deathdealer and most importantly to replace Ajani, Mentor of Heroes with Sorin, Solemn Visitor. This gave me the opportunity to replace the Solidarity of Heroes with Abzan Charm and Gods Willing was replaced with Feat of Resistance (which I may also replace with Enshrouding Mist due to my final replacement); Which is I replaced Elvish Mystic with Honored Hierarch. The mana if renowned could make it a free cast if I need to get a Green or Black mana instead of a white from as well.

https://deck.tk/2Mqe39Uo

Deck: Abzan Counters

//Lands
8 Forest
5 Plains
4 Sandsteppe Citadel
3 Swamp
4 Windswept Heath

//Spells
3 Abzan Charm
4 Dromoka's Command
3 Feat of Resistance
4 Hardened Scales
3 Inspiring Call
2 Sorin, Solemn Visitor

//Creatures
2 Abzan Battle Priest
2 Anafenza, the Foremost
4 Honored Hierarch
4 Managorger Hydra
4 Rakshasa Deathdealer
1 Woodland Bellower

//Sideboard
2 Servant of the Scale
2 Collected Company
2 Sword of the Animist
1 See the Unwritten
2 Enduring Scalelord
1 Dragonlord Dromoka
1 Animist's Awakening
4 Siege Rhino

Anyway, tell me what you think. I will likely only replace what I've already replaced and the mana for the current Green White Counters deck has been perfect every game so I don't want to mess with it too much other than color fixing for Abzan.

If you absolutely want to keep the bolster theme here is a recommended deck.  You should keep the Abzan Battle Priest and the Hardened Scales. I traded out your Pacifism for silkwrap and suspension field as they won't allow for devotion on the field. Oppressive Rays might be a cheaper alternative to pacifism as well and applies to abilities. I also switched the servant of the scale with the warden of the first tree as a better 1 drop for your purposes. You can pump him as a 1/1 with bolster then turn him into a 3/3 and keep all the bolster on him. Turning him into a 3/3 also works as a regenerate and can thus be used as a good blocker. I switched out your land for more of a dream land setup and something you should aim for before you edit this deck too much.

Deck: Green/White Bolster

//Lands
8 Forest
10 Plains
4 Temple of Plenty
3 Windswept Heath

//Spells
4 Dromoka's Command
4 Hardened Scales
2 Inspiring Call
2 Silkwrap
3 Suspension Field

//Creatures
2 Abzan Battle Priest
3 Abzan Falconer
3 Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit
1 Den Protector
3 Dragonscale General
4 Hidden Dragonslayer
4 Warden of the First Tree

Scuttling Doom Engine works incredibly well with Shrapnel Blast (11 damage) plus he can swing with haste if you have a thopter engineer.

And Ensoul Artifact is huge on thopters.

You should choose between the 3 abzhan falconers or the 3 tuskguard captains and put more 4 of's in your deck. I think Dramoka's Command is way to big in green/white to be only playing 2. Look for stuff you want in your opening hand and make it a 4 of and start cutting your one of's. Look at my card descriptions to get a general idea of what you want 4 of's, 3 of's and misc...

 - Woodland Bellower - A pretty amazing card that can save you if you've been hit by a board wipe. Allows you to fetch a Managorger or Fleecemane to put right onto the battlefield causing a lot of havoc.

Think about what you want each card to be used for. People often overlook the indestructible addition to Inspiring Call, for example, and it can swing a fight pretty massively let's say you have 5 mana up, you cast it, draw a couple of cards, then cast dramoka's command you would have a huge combat trick up your sleeve if you were down cards and nothing to cast on turn 5. You have no removal so you are going to have to rely a lot on combat tricks to keep him from aggroing you.Running a lot of small creatures like this with ETB effects you may want to also think about stuff that triggers those ETB effects, like Collected company or See the Unwritten. Or fetching creatures like Genysis Hydra or Woodland Bellower.

The managorger is EVERY spell. including your opponents. I think it's underrated.

For the deck directly above: Feat of Resistance > God's Willing. Though it costs one more and you don't get the scry, the counter interacts well with Hardened Scales.

It was definitely a thought, The issue is the cheap protection from blue/black though. The scry is much more important than the pump when you are mostly playing cards as you draw them as most cards are 3 mana and under. If I were running more mid range cards I would absolutely play the Feat of Resistance.

-Edit: the protection needed also usually only comes when I cant afford to cast Inspiring Call (for its indestructible benefit) which costs 3 mana. I foresee the 2 mana requirement having almost the same issue as I cast a turn 4 Managorger Hydra and save only one mana for protection.

I never really liked Bolster due to its caveat (It chooses the creature you put the counters on based on toughness). Here is my counter deck updated with Origins.

https://deck.tk/1Kgw36jc

Deck: G/W Counters

//Lands
12 Forest
5 Plains
4 Temple of Plenty
4 Windswept Heath

//Spells
2 Ajani, Mentor of Heroes
4 Dromoka's Command
3 Gods Willing
4 Hardened Scales
3 Inspiring Call
3 Solidarity of Heroes

//Creatures
3 Abzan Battle Priest
4 Elvish Mystic
4 Fleecemane Lion
4 Managorger Hydra
1 Woodland Bellower

If you want to keep the Bolster ability as the theme of this deck then the first thing I would suggest is choosing either green or white and only running double color requirements for whichever one you choose. Running it for both might mess you up on your turn 2 if you draw wrong.

-Edit: Explainations for cards:
