Hi KSutter82,

Since all your spells are heroic triggers, I would suggest you to look for heroic creatures in G/U colors. For example :
 - Artisan of Forms
 - Triton Fortune Hunter
 - Hero of Leina Tower
 - Staunch-Hearted Warrior
Or if you look for inspiration mechanic, Prophet of Kruphix maybe interesting too.

I found Forced Adaptation very slow to generate +1/+1 counters : During one turn nothing happens.
Triton tactics, Burst of Strength, Warriors' Lesson, Mizzium Skin can be good combat tricks.
Yes for Seabies sugegstions like : Crowned Ceratok, Bred for the Hunt.

Volcanic Geyser = M13
Lava Axe = targets only players, and so will not help to control creatures.

I was using Syndic of Tithes before, but I found life leech from Tithe Drinker more interesting.

Blood Scrivener is ok, but can be replaced by another rare. Maybe Ready // Willing or Merciless Eviction ?

Sin Collector is ok most of the time. Can be replaced by Cartel Aristocrat or Profit // Loss ?

I replaced Treasury Thrull by Pain Seer.

I already use Devour Flesh and Ultimate Price in my mono-black deck.  I placed 2 Warped Physique for this usage, and if a big creature is available to pump it.
I also thought about Shipwreck Singer, to kill x/1 creatures.

Milling is just an alternative win condition, that's right.
Tome Scours are fine, they feeds opponent cemetery for Death's Approach or Wight of Precinct Six. It also fill a 1 CMC slot.
With Duskmantle Guildmage, it's 5 damage for 4 mana.

I'm looking for a Lazav, Dimir Mastermind to replace Jace's Mindseeker.

That's right, Celestial Flares is not always easy to play. But Divine Verdict CMC cost is really too high.
I tough about Essence Scatter or Last Breath.

Omenspeaker is fine, block enough cheap creatures during first turns. Maybe I would exchange Blustersquall for Hover Barrier.

This Deck works quite fine, but game finishers come a bit late, maybe some board wipe are missing.
