living weapon as uncestral blase ar good but in this case is not signergic as you need to equip. I think you can remuve them
kor outfitter is good but not sinergic
militant inquisitor can have 2 cards
golem skin gauntlet for a massive pumping bonus for late game

if you prefer cycling ones
choose equipment that is attached when played and remuve high cost attachment ones
put some remuval soldier based
put some strength of arms for trick your enemy

think about adding some patrician patrol and remuve some daring skyjek as mentor effect can pump each turn.
dauthi mercenary and order of the ebon hand are not very performing as they require too black mana in a white based deck.
I know you want to use smitten swordmaster as it is a very ggo card but if you want to make a good deal you should have more knights (falcon ecc are not performing) and you must think about how you can play smitten swordmaster more times. An idea is to have him killed and then recover it from graveyard. with 1 body it is not difficult if you play it in defence. Use black mana to recover it or to kill it with card like villages rites.
It's a pity not to have a tutor card but in magic they are quite expensive

interesting work!
i suggest to put some more slice on arcane effect like
blessed braeth
into the fray
spiritual visit (usefull to have some creatures to tap for slice)
quiet purify for side against enchantments
perhaps reduce crushing pain

Seraph Sanctuary is really a good cards.
I know it is not super budget but it works pretty well.
