Shouldn't you change waker of the wilds for another token generator creature or a llanowar elves when it comes into standard? I can imagine running out of mana with this deck and a creature which does not let you enter creatures onto the battlefield does not come in handy.

You might want to consider adding a Fraying Sanity or two. It would really help out in combination with the effect of mind funeral for example

Edited a bit to get a new creature for two mana as ramp and some more useful carddraw (with extra +1/+1 counters)
