I know you weren't talking to me, but by "mild blink package", I didn't realize you meant "three cards".

@Mynus: Both of the Decks you've tried make way more sense than the initial "splash white for blink" idea you had.  I decided to go with it anyway and so far it hasn't worked but I'm still brewing.  I don't expect the result to be ultra competitive, I just wanted to do something for the sake of it.

I didn't mean to imply that Signets were bad (they're really not), I just wanted you to have more options.  I use Chromatic Lantern in particular in every Deck I can and I'm still surprised at how many people don't know about it or don't want to use it.  I found a lot of cards I suggested by searching in the "Revisions" tab with Syr Gwyn selected as Commander, and Silas Renn was a Gatherer search for Partners with Artifact support, prompted by noticing that Akiri could Partner (she and Silas are the only ones with both).  I'm no good at Magic at all...I just happen to be able to find a lot of stuff.

EDIT: I already wanted to make an Equipment Deck with Stoneforge Mystic, various Nahiris, and some Artifact planeswalkers I already had in a Superfriends Deck I built a while ago.  I think Syr Gwyn would work better for that with the access to black and direct Equipment theme that I wouldn't have had otherwise.

I see a lot of people make "mill" Decks around Oona, Queen of the Fae (who shares colors with Gyruda), but they have more of an "exile everything" theme than a "claim cards from opposing Graveyards" theme like Gyruda would have.  That being said I'm sure a lot of the cards in the one would also work in the other, if that helps at all.

EDIT: A lot of Liliana and Sorin planeswalkers are pretty good at taking stuff away from opponents' Graveyards, although many Sorins have white so they wouldn't work with this Commander.

DOUBLE EDIT: If you wanted to try making a Deck with white blink that meets Gyruda's Companion conditions, you could start with a Commander like Sharuum the Hegemon (for ETB triggers) or Varina, Lich Queen (for theming and acceleration).  That probably isn't the best approach but it could still be an option.

TRIPLE EDIT: Consulting my close-to-complete Planeswalker list tells me that most Sorins and many Lilianas have even CMC, and also that fewer Sorins have white than I previously remembered.  Finding an Esper Commander with even CMC to use Gyruda as a Companion actually lets you use a lot of them.
I apologize for all of the editing.  Gyruda is one of my all-time favorite Magic cards for reasons that relate to a card game other than Magic.

QUADRUPLE EDIT, LOL: I didn't intend to actually post the list, but instead to link it indirectly like other forums would have, whoops.  Please don't ban me over it.

QUINTUPLE EDIT, WOW: Deadeye Navigator has blink but is mono-blue, and blue also has some cards that return stuff to hand (but then you'd have to hardcast it again, hmm).  With the Esper angle you gain access to Venser, the Sojourner, but he doesn't have even CMC...it's going to be even more difficult to push this than I initially thought.  I really want this to work somehow.

EDIT THE SIXTH: I just discovered you've been brewing for a while.  Here I am rambling pointlessly over an obviously inferior approach...ignore me please.  I'm going to try it my way, I don't care if it's worse.  I just won't take over your topic with my nonsense anymore.

If you want to use Omnath, Locus of Rage and Chulane, Teller of Tales in the same Deck (which I think could totally work), you either need a red/white Partner for Thrasios, Triton Hero or a four-color Commander with Land support like Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis.

You could have white blink if Gyruda, Doom of Depths is the Companion in an Esper-colored Deck, but that creates its own problems.  Blue and black are both good at mill, as is Gyruda, so mill could be the primary theme instead.  Spark Double gets around the legend rule, but I don't remember the names of any other cards that do...I am sure one of them is devoid, so your Commander's colors wouldn't matter.

You have two Arcane Signets.  Swap one for a Commander's Sphere.

This is a cool concept and probably not the primary focus of the character (hence your specification).  Don't forget to flag your Commander(s) so others can find your Deck and break it into sections so others can read it.  You should probably also replace the "theme" tag; something like "Mardu" would be better.

Since you're running Akiri, Line-Slinger, did you consider Partnering her with Silas Renn, Seeker Adept for the Artifact support?  You'd have the same colors, plus blue for the Izzet stuff.  I only ask because if I were making an Equipment Deck (even using a lot of the same cards you are), that's what I would have done...well, actually I would have gone Jeskai but that's because I didn't know about Syr Gwyn.

Also, Acclaimed Contender is a white Knight that supports Equipment, so she would go well with the current theme.

EDIT: Since you're relying on Signets for mana-fixing (and were using Lockets before), you might try Commander's Sphere, Arcane Signet or Chromatic Lantern for more colored mana.  Command Tower and for Syr Gwyn herself Tournament Grounds would be solid Land options, plus the Lantern makes any Land produce whatever you need.

I love Superfriends Decks but this one won't function; you have no colored mana and almost no mana period.  I recommend you consider adding a lot more lands in place of some excess copies of other cards; Triomes (which have three colors each) and Interplanar Beacon (which supports Planeswalkers) would be a good start.  Also, Chromatic Lantern adds mana flexibility and Doubling Season will reduce the need for you to run so many cards with Proliferate.
