Tilonalli’s Summoner could be a nice elemental producer as well. Not sure what to cut for it though.

I can only suggest a few small changes. Something like Elvish Mystic to replace Druid of the Cowl. You can also add in Caustic Caterpillar, Shriekmaw, and Manglehorn for removal.
You have defender as a subtheme, so maybe add Tree of Perdition and Tree of Redemption.
1. Greatbow Doyen seems a little weak in this deck. I only counted around 3 archers, and it costs 5 mana. The mana in itself isn't really a problem, but most of the time, it will just be a 2/4 for 5 and may occasionally pump one of your other creatures for +1/+1. It's second ability won't be that impactful because the highest power on your archers is 2 (+1 from Greatbow Doyen's pump), so dealing 3 damage to an opponent (most likely only once because they have small bodies and will get blocked and killed) isn't really worth it IMO.
2. Yeah, I realized after you made the post that you were most likely there for the 2nd +1 ability, not the first. Makes sense.
Another side note about the removal: Like you said, Beast Within, Reclamation Sage, Lignify, and Nullmage Shepherd are all good removal spells, and I agree. I think, though, that Krosan Grip also is a must-include. I would even dare to say that it is even more of an auto-include than any of the other removal spells, because it completely shuts down a lot of combo decks and offers no counterplay on their part. Honestly, green doesn't have that many good removal spells, but if you can find 3 spots, here's what I would recommend:
1. Beast Within: Absolutely fantastic, kills everything you want.
2. Reclamation Sage: A bit more focused in terms of what it can remove, but it leaves a 2/1 ELF body. It's very thematic.
3. Krosan Grip: Already explained why above.
Cards to cut: Combo Attack is just worse removal than Beast Within. Hurricane, Tropical Storm, and Winter Blast are way, way too focused. Unless you have a dedicated Dragons player (or some other flying thematic player), you don't need anywhere close to that amount. I would drop at least 2 of them for the other 2 pieces of removal listed above, and maybe the third for Bane of Progress.
Hope you find this helpful!
Hmm.. what about Pathbreaker Ibex? Its a Overwhelming Stampede as creature.
Besides that, correct me if im wrong, but it seems a little like the deck lacks removal (except flyers). If you want to stick to your tribal Nullmage Shepherd would be a good option. Besides that, there are some evergreens in green: Beast Within, Lignify, Nature's Claim, Fade into Antiquity, Krosan Grip.
A side note: I prefere to play Primal Surge only in Decks with 99 Permanents and even then only if Im able to finish that turn. Otherwise its the perfect opportunity for your opponents to play a boardwipe.
If you're still looking for a Slot for Nissa, Aid from the Cowl would be an option, since you have to rely on your opponents for revolt triggers.
Hmm.. first of all I would change the mana base. Basic rule for me is: only include a land that enters tapped if it has an significant effect. Most tap lands you have got doesn't have one. colorfixing in a gx deck shouldn't be the problem, even with the creature limitation. Replace them with basics or other lands that gives you an advantage. This should already speed up the deck a little.
Lands like Woodland Cemetery, Overgrown Tomb or Command Tower could come handy here.
Then i've got 2 more ideas, even if they would break your "creatures only" theme:
Sensei's Divining Top: This card would allow you to manipulate your deck, this would make it easier to make sure the top card is a creature.
Primal Surge: This card is expensive mana wise, but it would allow you to put your whole deck into play at once. You just have to make sure, that this leads into a Victory in the same Turn.
Besides that, Dosan the Falling Leaf and Prowling Serpopard would be good options to avoid counterspells against your creatures. but this is a little meta dependant.
Oracle of Milk Days. I'm calling it that now.
