I was considering Mirari but couldn't decide what to cut. However. Its not uncommon for me to get upwards of 300 mana a turn as is

Have you considered Beacon of Creation? It's a pretty solid add for any mono-green insect deck.

If you really want Guttersnipe, I would recommend dropping Turn//Burn. While the Weird and 2 damage is good, Guttersnipe will more effectively deal damage based on the number of spells you can cast.
