I would cut Wulfgar of Icewind Dale - we only have 3 on attack triggers (after cutting Hoarding Ogre) and 2 of them are ramp effects.

Also - I'm thinking Bag of tricks may be worth keeping - with our comander this is nettting you a 5/4 token and a creature from the deck - not bat for a repeatable 5 mana.

With my additons we may have too much ramp and a little lght on card draw - so this could take the spot of one. Not really a big deal either way, just an idea.

I like where the deck is at! One general note is that I think the first ability of the comamdner shoudl be the focus, dice roll cards are all kind of bad and its easier to build a good dragon deck with direct damage synergy and only use the good dice roll cards as gravy.

I agree with all od Justin's sugestions, except I would (1) leave in dragonmaster outcast, with green land ramp this has a lot of upside for 1 mana (5 power and dragons are both relevent stats in this speciifc deck), and (2) not cut Magmaquake - I agree pyrohemia is better - but we want many copies of this effect (see above - I think damage, not dice, should be the focus)!

Also - don't cut Component Pouch! This shitty 3cmc rock is actually pretty great with this commander.

Here's what I would cut:

Commander's Sphere
Gruul Signet
Reckless Endeavor (too expensive – no treasure synergy)
Maddening Hex (this isn’t letting us roll dice – and as far a damage there’s really no synergy with this deck)
Hoarding Ogre (just bad – 4cmc - no haste – going to attack once and probably die)
Barbarian Class (we’re not actually rolling many dice)
Chain Reaction (only if adding Blasphemous Act, which is better, otherwise it’s fine - the issue with bioth is that we can't control the amount of damage)
Earth-Cult Elemental (too expensive for one dice roll – also not a dragon)
Indomitable Might
Opportunistic Dragon
Skyship Stalker

Add:

Farseek
Kodama’s reach
Goblin Anarchomancer

Pretty solid deck, doing that simic thang, gonna be a real house if your opponents don't have answers. A 6 mana commander that requires a follow up spell for any benefit may be tough to pull off, but we don't run enough removal in our meta so I think you be fine with the protection you have. Also the 99 of this deck is good enough to never cast the commander.

I would cut Champion of Wits, its a cantrip and not card advantage, the 7 mana ability is pretty much irrelevant at that cost. Something like an Elemental Bond and Garruk's Uprising (also good to have 2nd Trample enabler) will give you way more value in a creature deck.
I would cut Shamanic Revelation and repalce with Return of the Wildspeaker, the instance speed and ability to pump make this perfect for this deck. I would replace Curious Herd with Pest Infestation, which seems like dope card I can't wait to try. In my experience with Mist-Syndicate Naga, you cant really rely on it for more that one token, so a Cackling Counterpart seems better. Myr Battlesphere seems perfect for this deck. Last but not least, if you can find a spot for Nacatl War-Pride, put that shit in. It's an absolute BOMB if it swings in and my favorite win con in Volrath.

Thrill of Possibility
Tormenting Voice

Also cosider: Bontu's Monument (great ramp) Archfiend of Despair (not budget, but great for this deck), ob nixilis reignited (card draw and removal in one, on theme to boot)

Also Shriekmaw or Ravenous Chupacabra are both better than Nekrataal

Hey - Mike's friend here - here are my thoughts:

With an averange CMC of 4.4 I would consider adding an 11th ramp spell (if I counted right). This high CMC is probably the biggest risk for consistent (casual) playability in this deck, I would try to get it below 4.

With high CMC creatures and a reanimator package I would try to find ways to bin the fatties and reanimate, Tortured Existence is my favorite utility card in that department. Altar of Dementia is great for filling your own graveyard. Then you can also boost the reanimator package, consider: animate dead, reanimate, whip of erebosDread Return is a great card, but may not ideal in this deck because you are not making that many tokens to have sac fodder for the Flashback cost.

 I think you need 1-2 more card draw spells, I only counted 8, and a few of which are high CMC creatures. Consider Phyrexian Arena or Night's Whisper. Tutors are amazing but I would not count them as carddraw, they are cantrips and don't net you more cards.

Corrupt seems like a bad removal card, the life gain is not worth all that mana. If you are worried about your life total consider adding Whip of Erebos (but with Gary, Exsanguinate and 2 tutors, you should be okay).

When your commander is a PW running Aether Snap seems like a risk, unless tokens are very popular in your meta.

I would not run Vampire Hexmage unless you have some combo with it (aka Dark Depths), if you are running it for PWs in the meta, I would play the Elderspell instead.

I would swap In Garruk's Wake or Necromantic Selection for Mutilate.

In general I feel like you have a lot of removal and could stand to cut a couple of those cards to add some of the recommendations above.
