Deck Reviews / Re: Feedback on my very first deck: BW lifegain buff

Thank you for your responses.

@Asapsalt: You are right, especially Serra ascendant seems sweet. Even if it is not standard, I will think about it anyway. Just for fun ;)

@CleanBelwas: Thank you for your detailed feedback. You totally got my intention in putting Seraph of Scales into the deck :D Anyway, maybe it would make sense to replace it with a better fitting card - maybe something like Ajani, Strength of the Pride if I could get this card from anywhere. ;)

Deck Reviews / Feedback on my very first deck: BW lifegain buff

Hi,
as I am relatively new in playing MTG, I'd like to ask you for opinions on my first deck. The deck idea is to generate a permanent lifegain and thereby constantly trigger the +1/+1 buff of in total 11 creatures (4x Ajani's Pridemate, 4x Bloodthirsty Aerialist & 3x Twinblade Paladin)
The other cards are mainly to support that synergy with a relatively high amount of cheap lifelink cards (4x healer's hawk, 4x Vampire of the Dire Moon), and the effect of 4x Impassioned Orator. The three planeswalker cards are in there for 2 reasons: First, they also create a lifegain in different ways, second they are my only foiled cards and I really wanted to use them. :D
Further Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord is able to return the cheap lifelink cards from graveyard and gives a lifelink ability to all other creatures.

BW Lifegain Buff

It was important for me to build a standard legal deck that will remain legal after the fall rotation. It is obviously a budget deck, built for casual playing.

As I already mentioned, this is my very first deck so I will be happy to get some feedback and improvement tips. Thx :)

Hallo zusammen,
