Started playing in summer 2018, built this in 2019 (first non-pre-con desk).  Looking for intriguing changes, yes Phyrexian Arena and Grey Merchant would work well, but looking for more unexpected cards.   Looking for up to 10 in 10 out.  $100 budget(ish).

Looking to have a deck that competes a little above precon level. Basically themed more than efficient.   

Suggestions for changes?     I do have a few options to combo in the deck in case game goes long, but more of looking for a fun interactive game.

Cool.   Thanks for the help!  This deck actually was my first non-precon deck build - started as a Doran deck then migrated to being Ikra Shidiqi/Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker partners.   Had a lot of fun with it in four colors.  Decided to change it one more time to Arcades.

Started as 4 color and dropped black.  Pretty happy with end result.  Haven't played yet, so sure it will change.  Opened to suggestions.

Started playing the Summer after Commander 18.  Purchased Saheli deck.  That was just to play with the group
  Wasn't really into packs.  First legendary purchased was Kokusho....which became commander of my first home spun commander   deck.

This is my, hey, I have a Godzilla Death Corona card....let's do a theme....so plague and infect.   Adding some proliferation that will be coming in the mail next week.  Other ideas to help the play/theme?

took me a little to find it.   I noticed right after I entered
Ensnaring Bridge (8th ed) into my collection.   Haven't added anything since then.  Hope this helps.

Any suggestions?  I now have in my collection 3 of everything that I've entered.
