Why are you running Evolving Wilds when the only basic land is Island? Seriously.

So the point of the deck is to mill yourself into a victory using laboratory maniac. Here's a problem, your cards like to discard your library which will potentially discard laboratory maniac. Something I would do that would be much cheaper and easier would be something like the Grand Architect/Pila-Pala combo with full playsets of Sphinx's Revelation and Blue Sun's Zenith. Then have like 2 or 3 Laboratory Maniacs just in case something happens to the others.

Sphinx's Revelation is a good card, but I wouldn't run so many. Simply because the spell has a diminishing value each time you use it. Once you use it two or three times you probably will have what cards you need, anymore than that then you look desperate and you're milling yourself.

Mono-Blue Wizard Tribal

The idea is to run out of cards in your library and win the game with Laboratory Maniac or
if you even can before that with Sturmgeist being really powerful due to Reliquary Tower
giving you an infinite hand size. Jushi Apprentices are the big guys when it comes to taking
the cards from the library and cards like Enclave Cryptologist and Fallowsage are a cheaper
way to get the cards in your hand. I'm still kind of new to the whole deck building, but anyone
have any solid ideas that could be taken into consideration for this?

I'd love to hear honest feedback of what I did right and what I did wrong.
I want to improve my deck building skills and my understanding of what magic cards are out there.

This deck is interesting and shows much promise. I really appreciate how good all the starting hands are. But maybe you should manage some of the pricier cards better and bring down the price of it a bit. That'd be good.
