Countraxaliferate

Played back in the day from Revised-Tempest/Mirage era and recently got back into it but have never played EDH. Always liked the +1/+1 counter mechanics so this deck was my obvious first choice. Looking for guidance as I'm sure . Have not played any games with this deck yet so I'm sure there are a lot of tweaks needed. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
