Eloise CEDH (deck concept)

Plans pretty simple. Turbo out Eloise, Nephalia Sleuth and March of the Machines for infinite death triggers/self mill. Kill in a variety of ways, most notably the tried and true Thoracle. Could also kill with pingers. Can also manually stop the combo by casting Chief of the Foundry. Lots of good stuff going on here.
