Excuse the extra comment but this decks biggest weakness seems to be against flying.

Soul of Innistrad would definitely be of great use later game. I would suggest deadly recluse rather then thornwield archer because the extra toughness can make a difference. And although it costs a bit more like soul of innistrad, Beacon of Unrest would be good for bringing things back. Garruk, Apex Predator makes beasts with deathtouch destroys things and can give all your attacking creatures +5 +5 and trample but costs 7 to initially cast plus 3 turns to get to his final ability.
