Might I suggest replacing simic guildmage with power conduit. it does a little more incase the enemy places bad counters on your guys, you still get the same effect but it is cheaper as it is a one time cost and is then free to tap.

I am confused, you have so many ways to proliferate, but only one way to add counters. (ajani)
Either i missed something or you might want to add something that gives counters.

I would drop 1 maybe 2 march from the tomb. They are kind of expensive and you wouldn't want two of these in the early game. Maybe replace them for a creature that creates tokens or something. As for the Nantuko husk i would suggest replacing him with carrion feeder , he is cheaper and he does the exact same thing as nantuko husk does but gets counters that are permanent. cool deck though, iw ould suggest trying to bring down the cost of it though.

Nice suggestions. The point of the deck would be to keep the opponent at 1 or less in hand so I think shrieking affliction would be make a wonderful addition to the deck. But what would you suggest I remove?

And that is the question for sure.... Hmmmmm

If hedron crab didnt cost 1é3 of the total deck price then he would be in there for sure. king of wanted to keep the deck cost as low as possible.
cool deck matt. I too am curious how you deal with only 15 lands. although yu only have cards that cost 1 or 2. so probably pretty good.

Damn man thanks for the input. I was thinking the same thing that I needed more dimir for circu. I will definitely replace mind sculpt with breaking, but not glimpse because it is way too much money.
Thought scour is good too. too bad it cost 3 instead of 2.
I think i will keep the haunting echoes in there as it is doing 3 jobs. Mill/Control/GYhate. but i can add the bojuka bog in there too as it is land.
With the graveyard removal though wight of precinct six is a bit useless now i could probably replace him with the dimir charm yeah? it also can do 3 jobs removal/control/mill and is also dimir.
I also got rid of silent departure and replaced with clutch of the undercity. though it costs more i can transmute for circu and its also dimir and instant.
Yeah dude thanks for the help.

Hmmmm i'm thinking now that I have  4 muddle the mixture in here that i wont need 4 of Mindcrank and duskmage. probably have two of each which leaves me open for a set of 4 other cards. maybe more control.... or how would you suggest I turn off eldrazi reshuffles.  Maybe something that exiles cards from the graveyard I guess (that would mean i would need to get rid of consuming aberration and wight of precinct six). What would you suggest. I have got it narrowed down to:

Relic of Progenitus: Costs (1)then(1) it works only once but then lets me draw a card. Removes all graveyards from the game Which could hurt because  i have flashback in my deck. tcg=1.35
Tormod's crypt: Costs nothing. also works only once but only removes target players graveyard. tcg=0.16
ravenous trap: (2)(BB) with potential for (0) also works only once but only removes target players graveyard. tcg=0.16
haunting echoes: (3)(BB) costs the most but I think this one fits the deck perfectly. It removes all cards from their GY (excluding lands so that at least consuming aberration can stay) but then it continues with the mill aspect of the deck as each card that got exiled from GY is also exiled from the library that shares a name with it. tcg=0.30
leyline of the void: (2)(BB) with potential for (0) This is my number 2 i think. It exiles as cards are being milled so you don't have to try and time your play properly. tcg=5.45 which hurts alot as 4 of these would cost half of the deck cost.

Nice looking deck there drunkcynic, though your deck is more about control rather than mill (obviously). My deck focuses on creatures that mill and/or benefit from milling and of course mill cards themselves. With a little bit of control via Circu, Dimir Lobotomist silent departure and thanks to Quirion's addition of muddle the mixture (which is a great card for this deck and will be adding it for sure). But if you have any suggestions of what i should add/remove then i'm all ears.
