In all honesty, there are a lot of "Land, Go" turns with this deck. If you're lucky, you'll have drawn a tutor or two in your opening hand or first few draws. I typically go for
Cabal Coffers,
Magus of the Coffers,
Crypt Ghast or
Extraplanar Lens to get things running.
You do raise a good point -- this deck doesn't move very quickly in it's current iteration
