Simply... Yes. Have fun. Kragma Butcher fits both qualifications: being a creature (Heartless Summoning) and a Minotaur (Ragemonger) it's reduced by 2rb since Kragma Butcher is 2r then it's free!

Animar is a fairly cheap (CMC) commander, Krosan Drover seems redundant
Opaline Unicorn, though a nice rock, since it is a creature it's a rock with summoning sickness, I would suggest either playing cheaper: Birds of Paradise, or a non-creature rock: Coalition Relic
Iron Myr isn't a nice rock consider replacing
Burnished hart, essentially you're paying six for two tapped lands... In green there are so many things which do better than this... Cultivate is half the price and (almost) does the same.
Vorel of the Hull Clade, Great, awesome, terrific card; however, I don't think it's interacting with enough, go big or go home, there's plenty of huge creatures which deal with counters.
Simic Sky Swallower, Fine card... I just feel there's better.
Purphoros: I kind of have a feeling it will almost never become a creature, so you're paying three for fire breathing and whenever a creature comes into play it does some damage, I don't feel this fits too well in your deck.
Primeval Titan: I remember seeing it on the band list...I think you may want to double check
Dolmari Rade might be good to add as some card advantage.
Preordain, exchange for ponder or brainstorm
I would suggest adding Bident of Thassa for card draw
