Deck Reviews / (Modern) Minotaur tribal deck

Hi everyone,
as you probably figured by the title, I need help with building a playable minotaur tribal deck. I already built a base, but it needs a lot more refining I think.
But since I am not that firm with red/black decks or tribal decks (my most played deck is an g/w enchantment deck) I would love to get more inputs.

This is the basic I build so far, a lot of cards from Theros and some from Amonkhet.

Minotaurs - Please help me!

I like the deck, heroic was one of my favourite new abilities back in theros. I maybe would consider Warriors' Lesson instead of Shoulder to Shoulder. It's cheaper and can draw you more cards (especially since you have Rancor in the deck already). Plus it's an instant, what makes handling also easier and since most of your creatures are heroic you still get counters out of it.
