You should consider adding Narset, Parter of Veils. I would also drop the Thassa's Oracle, it's not that good without the way to exile your own library. Another consideration could be Isochron Sceptre, best combo card in the game and plenty of options for it in blue especially.

Remove crumbling vestige - replace with mountain or red cycle land.
lotus bloom out - extraplanar lens in.
Upgrade to snow covered mountains when you can
vessel of volatility out - blood moon in.
wayfarers bauble out - mountain in (youre essentially paying 3 mana to search for a mountain).
