Nice deck. Not sure the blue is the most useful color in this deck. Could be switched for red in order to fling in case or removal. If you had some fetch you can maybe think about adding become immense.

Hey, nice deck.

Why not take the power of resplendent angel ? A free Serra Angel will set the patch to victory. And to be sure to be able to cast the cast down I'd change the mana base to add 4 concealed courtyard.

Although the deck for the active cards is very well built, the manabase has to be improved. 14 non red sources and a 3 sweltering suns with that you want to cast turn 3 against aggro decks ? It seems like a stretch to me. I would add more red sources if you keep the sweltering suns, like 4 canyon slough. (It would still be hard to cast a turn 3 double red.)

Cut the authority of the consuls + benalish + cast down + dusk + karn. They do not fit in your pack. This is 10 slots open for at least 4 other lands (I'd recommand 5 at least) some early removal like fatal push or fungal infection and you are good to go.

Great list. But you have to add the Shapers of Nature. They add +1/+1 counter on any target creature, can also do some card draw and most of all they are merfolks as well ! (I'd remove the duress imo)

Captivating Crew can be a nice addition, making a good threat on gods that may be on the other side. Costly to activate. You should definitly try it !

You can try the greedy way with wanted scoundrels massive body and attack for 2 mana.
Otherwise you can go for Storm Fleet Arsonist or Angrath's Marauders as a late finisher if you add a bunch of burn spell and the legendary spitefire bastion.
But you are right, Hazoret might be the betst payoff plus there won't be any grasp of darkness in standard !!! You can also have chandra, torch of defiance on side as well.

No turn 1 (like attune with aether maybe?), no turn 6 nor 7 when you have Carnage Tyrant, the best T6 in Ixalan !! :O
