You are right of course. But I have three reasons for not to put always watching...
1) have not tested the deck in real game yet but I am hopping cards like Celebrants, Arlin, Samut and instants like a blessed alliance will do the job the same or even better...there could be moments of surprise and uncertainity for opponents...(untapping)
2) bad interaction with recruiter, for whom I depend on with accelarating my play
3) always watching is expensive now and will soon rotate out (so blessed alliance,but I assume that is overally better card which is going to be worth for next years)
So I hesitate to invest to it...but if I find out the deck is somewahat healthy but needs some copies of it...might be a way to improve it
