Magma Jet is mandatory, and maybe Dissolve.
Prognostic Sphinx also mandatory in a scry-deck.
Knowledge and Power is not so good, because you
have to pay to deal damage and it's a
turn 5 card in this deck, but I don't recall of
anything similar in standard.
You need much more scry, look at the cards
from theros block thoroughly and you will find what
you need.

This looks like a good budget deck.
I would recommend for you to drop Elite Arcanist and Warden of Evos Isle
simply because you have only Seacost Drake with Flying and the Arcanist is just too
vulnerable at the time it could be cast.
Try and get some draw instead of graveyard retrieval
(like Archaeomancer and Mnemonic Wall), something like Divination or
more Pilfered Plans. Consuming Aberration is mandatory, and better than
Nighthowler. Jace, Memory Adept is not very expensive and is also mandatory.
Also some black removal, like doomblade just to be sure you
don't die before miling through your opponent's deck.
