Your curve is way too high, especially for a Grixis-Stays deck. I'd suggest smoothing out some of the higher stuff into lower costs, like trading Dread Cacodemon for something along the lines of a Fleshbag Marauder, Mortician Beetle or Malakir Cullblade, Altac Bloodseeker, Deathgreeter, Blood Artist, or a Gatekeeper of Makakir. If you really want a laugh, Goblin Sharpshooter could be ridiculous enough to almost work in your favor. It almost looks like this deck was built around It That Betrays, so I'd suggest getting your hands on one. I didn't see a Grave Betrayal, you might be interested in that.  It really looks like you're working in favor of a late-game deck, so you definitely need Harvester of Souls. The card draw will give you a relentless assault of big baddies late game. And just as a last card recommendation, throw in a Nightscape Familiar.

On a final note, Grimoire of the Dead. 'Nuff said.

I do have a Grave Betrayal, a Nightscape Familiar, and an It That Betrays if you feel they'd work well in the deck.

I'd suggest Sundial  of the Infinite for consistency. That would give you a total of 8 cards that can prevent entry effects, however Sundial would cost one more, and limit you a bit more. You'd have to play your creatures during the second main phase to give you an attack phase, so I'd suggest removing the 4 Mass Hysteria if you do decide to put Sundial in. Pretty much it's just used to clear the stack (Cast creature, creature resolves, ability triggers, activate Sundial, turn ends and the ability can't resolve.)

Either change Temple of Enlightenment to a Hallowed Fountain or add some Islands, or get rid of the Flooded Strand. It's useless to you unless it can get you an Island/Flooded Strand.

Here's a quick tip for your deck. It needs to be able to tell a story. If you can't sum up your deck in one or two sentences, it's too unfocused to be functional. Here's what my statement would be to describe the deck: "It's Naya aggro with bolster to reach Mayael's Aria as a win condition. It also has Dragons for power houses and attacking. There's also a little burn. Assemble the Legion is in there to create tokens. Mana dumping is put to a Heroes' Bane, while Mana Excel goes to Mayael, even though there's only one copy of each. Field control is also present."

See how that's just a little scattered?
This is one of my decks right here: http://deckstats.net/decks/25317/166513-trial-by-fire/en
This would be the statement for it: "Trial by Fire destroys everything on the field, so that Havengul and Hissing can deal damage repetitively alongside a returning Flame-Wreathed Phoenix. "

There's not a lot of screwing around in my deck. It's kill and damage, that's the point of the deck. What I'm trying to say is that your deck doesn't really have a point to it. Mayael's Aria is your potential win-condition, but there's not enough support for it, a lot of deck space goes to random things that don't make sense.

I cannot even begin to explain to you how awful this deck is. There is in no way, shape, or form that this deck would ever be useful in any situation.

Valorous Stance and Bile Blight are a bit too specific for me. Murderous Cut is better, but you're only running 2 to the game. I wasn't really thinking about Harsh Sustenance, but yes that works quite well with the tokens. Are you just using cards you own?

Sorin, Solemn Visitor is a big help in your deck. He's what will give you that unf to keep you alive. Spear of Heliod can help remove things, but you really don't have enough of either to really support the troops. Vigilance would also be helpful as a field enchantment, but that's fallen out of standard and into RtR and INN's extended.

Supersand, I don't think you've noticed the fact that this isn't a Mardu OR Abzan deck. It's Orzhov. The only reason I suggested Deathbellow is because it's the last of the Ravnica-themed aggro, which I mention later in my last post.

By board wipe I don't mean something like Supreme Verdict, more like a Shock or Lightning Bolt just to remove things you can't really deal with that are killing your creatures, or to smack your opponent around a bit more to get rid of the bit of life that your creatures can't get through to. I'm actually not sure what to do about making it faster because you're running Standard. Deathbellow Raiders might help, but most 'rush' is hiding out of your reach in extended, back in RtR's Rakdos pile.

It's not fast enough to kill your opponent before they can start a wipe, nor do you have any board wipes.

Your deck needs a bit more field control. Guttersnipe will help you a lot with an Izzet deck. What you want are things like Shock and Turn//Burn. Electrolyze is a good one too. You'll want Goblin Electromancer too, to reduce the costs. Ultimately, if you use Guttersnipe's ability to kill your opponent, and use things like Chandra's Fury to boost that up, you'll be fine. Because your deck will mostly be running Instants/Sorceries then, stuff like Cancel and Dissolve will be necessary to keep your opponent's field clean. They'll also activate Guttersnipe. Chandra's Phoenix is also a pretty good card for in Izzet decks.

96 cards doesn't make a commander though. That's why I said 'no commander'. It's not even in the featured card list in Statistics.

1. You have no commander. Why do you have command tower.
2. This deck is bad, and you should feel bad.
3. It's so pointless.
4. It looks like you tried to make a commander deck, but then failed at it.
5. This deck makes me cry.

I enjoy how Dack is just a Duel Deck that functions, and Ashiok is wreck-everything XD
